Dear Readers

We have recently added a Training section on the Rail Personnel website where we are featuring Training Partners from around the world as are relevant to the rail industry. Visit https://www.railpersonnel.com/trainings to see the latest updates, training programmes, solutions and calendars from renowned organisations such as the Australasian Railway Association (ARA), the UITP Academy and the Real Serious Games (RSG) Rail Training Solutions with more Training Partners to follow.

David Hyland recently attended Aus Rail in Brisbane and about this event, he had this to say:

With over 2,500 visitors to the AusRAIL 2022 Conference and Exhibition showcasing more than 90 suppliers at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre I found there were plenty of opportunities to network, discuss and engage on the latest issues facing the rail industry and to see what innovative ideas and products were available. In addition the Conference program featured a huge line up of over 100 speakers representing industry leaders overseeing public transport services, freight operations, manufacturing and supply chain providing information to delegates on what is being done in Australia and around the world. This year there was also a number of booths where visitors could participate with the option to have your photo done by a professional photographer or drive a train or enjoy a virtual reality experience. Well worth attending.
