At Rail Personnel we know that great candidates know great candidates. So, if you see a job on our website and you believe someone you know would be suitable and you introduce the candidate to us who we then place in the role, we will say thank you with a referral fee of USD 200 to use as you wish.
To be eligible to receive a referral fee, the following conditions apply:
The Candidate referred by the Referrer must be successfully placed in the position by Rail Personnel and have stayed in the role until their probation has been completed.
The Candidate when he applies needs to say that you referred him to us.
The Candidate has not already been approached by us for the role.
All Client fees must be received by Rail Personnel prior to any reward being paid.
