Recruiting Campaigns

Recruitment is one of the biggest single costs for HR professionals. The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) calculates the direct cost of recruitment at somewhere between $4,000 and $6,000 for managers and professionals.

Where do I start?

To find the right people, you must be absolutely clear about what you are looking for. Rail Personnel will meet with you to identify the key talents and skills your organisation requires. If it is a major campaign involving multiple positions, we will assist you in creating profiles for each role.

What is an exclusive?

Rail Personnel can provide an exclusive to selected clients for high volume campaign (20+ jobs on initial project). This service includes:

  • Dedicated recruiting team. Recruiters assigned to this campaign will not work on anything else
  • Candidates submitted as a result of project advertising are available to client for a 6 month period
  • Candidates who have been scheduled for an interview by client will not be approached by other recruiters for 2 weeks following the scheduled interview
  • External job posting service
  • Company profile on the home page of Rail Personnel
  • Featured job status for all jobs for the duration of the contract

Make first Impressions count

Depending on the number of positions, Rail Personnel will ensure that there are sufficient resources to manage the volume of applications.

Each applicant will be reviewed, screened and either submitted for your review or politely rejected with a personalized email response.

Integrated technology systems

Rail Personnel's information management system is a fully featured online recruitment system that will do everything from managing and sifting applications to final hire.

Through the Employer Care Center, you will have immediate real time access to information on every candidate being considered for your job, a real time activity report on the job track status and customized notes field for each candidate and job.

For campaigns where Rail Personnel is not the exclusive vendor, RPOnline provides a vendor managed service to ensure that you have a single system to meet your campaign goals for this project or for continuing recruiting campaigns.

Rail Personnel will work with each candidate that shows an interest. We will pre-screen all candidates and submit only those candidates that we feel will meet your job profile.

We will arrange interviews, do background checks [if required], co-ordinate the offer package, and make sure everything is done to maximize the success of your campaign.

Your ultimate success will be measured in the number of qualified candidates that have been successfully integrated into your organization.
